OUR RETURN POLICY
Our team at Nivi Silks makes sure to inspect every saree before we pack it to be delivered to our customers. Our handloom silk sarees are guaranteed pure silk. Please remember, there are bound to be some variations in color because of the camera equipment, lighting, angles, editing software, etc. used when posting photos/videos on the website.
You might also find the following in a saree which are not considered defects:
Small knots/bumps in the saree
Uneven threads that connect the body of the saree and the pallu together
You might also see “color bleed” from the body to the pallu
Minute gaps in the body of the saree, around the motifs
Lastly, while we ensure to provide you with an accurate representation of the color of the saree, sometimes it is really hard to capture the true color. We recommend moving your computer screen “forward and backward” to be able to view the possible colors of the saree.
